The impact of teen movies

Most of my friends and i love movies. No bad in watching teen movies. Well , teen life is all about movies, novels, browsing, fashion, drama and other social networking  stuff. But did you ever observe  a teen after watching such a movie. How much the teen takes from movie depends on the level of maturity  although,  most of the teens try and be like the character. If they have a impact on their fashion  and clothing it’s fine but when they try and do the things that person has done in movie they tend to become a non realistic  person. And any mature person would tell that teen movies aren’t  realistic. Although you might say it ‘s close to reality  but not a thing which actually  can happen  .Honesty  i m a big teen movie fan but honestly  whom do you think made drugs, alcohol, physical relationship ,smoking, hacking, bullying  and revenge a cool thing? Well most of the teens which  do many of the stupid things which later turn into a disaster  are actually  inspired by the movie. No matter what but the teen movies and their characters  are absolutely  adorable. And in many cases the fact is that the teen is wise  but still has an impact on his attitude. Who likes a mean girl  no matter  how  beautiful  she is .Well in most of the cases the teens themselves  fall into a big problem  by taking inspiration  from the movie. And their stupid  friends make it worse. And the situation  gets uncontrollable  if the teen is not so close to his/her parents…Well this problem has a solution  if the teens understand  the distance  between  movie and reality….

Give it a like if you agree and comment also. In case you don’t  just comment the reason.

  1. Yes,
    You are correct in saying.
Movies are just for fun .
If they are doing bad things we shouldn’t adopt them.
We should se postivities but teens always see negativities.
So films are a medium for entertainment only.
    Nicely written
    Stay blessed.
    Keep blogging.

  2. I love binge watching teen movies but it’s crazy how impressionable some teenagers are and will just imitate the characters, imitation is never good regardless of the outcome whether it’s good or bad. We need to teach teenagers that it’s okay to be yourself and these ideals promoted in all aspects of the media don’t matter

My blog goes over a lot of the same topics as yours and I feel we could greatly benefit from each other. If you might be interested feel free to shoot me an e-mail. I look forward to hearing from you! Superb blog by the way!

  5. So true. I always think about this when I watch a teen movie, I still watch them now and I’m 22 years old! But lately, my little sister has become obsessed with them and her attitude has changed majorly. I try and be the best big sister possible and tell her it’s okay to enjoy the movies but don’t stoop to the level of the pretty mean girl just because she’s popular and pretty. P.S, I’ve followed your blog, I’m interested to see what else you post 🙂 I’ve just started blogging but feel free to follow me too as I’ll be posting quite a bit. xo
