So today’s challenge is going to be difficult for some and effortless for some… . So this challenge has no work to do from outside ,it includes all work inside you…
So today’s challenge is to be a very nice person (both inside &outside). So today be very nice to everyone you meet. No getting angry and irritated (even if you get control, that’s how you become a nicer person). Have patience.and please this is an essential: don’t speak any rude or bad words…try and be as honest as you can and please challenge yourself and don’t lie to anyone today. (It will surely make you a better person) .I know it might be difficult at the starting but as the dat goes on you will be a nicer person than you were yesterday.
Also focus on speaking 3magical words: SORRY, THANK YOU, PLEASE.use these words as much as you can. Be nice .Be great. Be you.

Hard for some, effortless for some… Although if you were successful in completing that challenge give yourself a pat or you could also give a reward to yourself (make sure that reward is not an eatable item) .And all the people who were not successful, it s okay. Be positive and try today’s challenge….
So today’s challenge is: do something creative. Anything. Remember when you were a kid. What creative things you did? Drawing, colouring, papercrafts and many other forms of creative things. So give it a try
It might be really difficult but it will increase your CQ (creativity quotient) .You can make a family traditional dish, do flower decoration, redesign your room, paint, draw, sketch, pot designing, make a bouquet and gift someone, papercrafts,DIYs or anything else.and don’t forget that you need to show your creativity offline that means no online creativity. (I know you are very creative while blogging):)
So get up, get energized, get refreshed and put on reverse gear for a day and do something creative. Don’t forget to share a pic of your creative art… I will too share a pic of my creative art.

So, today for the first time I spent a day without sugar. It was a really new experience for me, and also it took a lot of will power to do it. Obviously you can’t cut sugar from everything (beacause everything you eat has glucose and some form of natural sugar) but i didn’t have a single thing which had added sugar. It was a really great thing although really a small thing , but if i do this daily it will form a really big change in my life. I decided not to eat any food with added sugar because i know added sugar has a great role to play in diabetes and other issues like obesity. I m glad i did something new for my health and i m sure it will make me a better person.

Yo guys! This is the second part of little things but in this blog i am sharing little things that make me happy…When do you feel nice and happy from within.. You always don’t need a big reason to be happy little things give a lot of pleasure sometimes. So this is my list of those little things..

- Warm showers
- Eating outside
- Debating with family and friend
- Playing outdoor games with family
The list is still long but these are at top of my favourites.. So today no matter how stressed you are do a little thing that makes you happy .Things like fighting with friend, singing in the shower, dancing in the mirror and many other things can make you feel so good..

Most of my friends and i love movies. No bad in watching teen movies. Well , teen life is all about movies, novels, browsing, fashion, drama and other social networking stuff. But did you ever observe a teen after watching such a movie. How much the teen takes from movie depends on the level of maturity although, most of the teens try and be like the character. If they have a impact on their fashion and clothing it’s fine but when they try and do the things that person has done in movie they tend to become a non realistic person. And any mature person would tell that teen movies aren’t realistic. Although you might say it ‘s close to reality but not a thing which actually can happen .Honesty i m a big teen movie fan but honestly whom do you think made drugs, alcohol, physical relationship ,smoking, hacking, bullying and revenge a cool thing? Well most of the teens which do many of the stupid things which later turn into a disaster are actually inspired by the movie. No matter what but the teen movies and their characters are absolutely adorable. And in many cases the fact is that the teen is wise but still has an impact on his attitude. Who likes a mean girl no matter how beautiful she is .Well in most of the cases the teens themselves fall into a big problem by taking inspiration from the movie.And their stupid friends make it worse. And the situation gets uncontrollable if the teen is not so close to his/her parents…Well this problem has a solution if the teens understand the distance between movie and reality….
