So, today for the first time I spent a day without sugar. It was a really new experience for me, and also it took a lot of will power to do it. Obviously you can’t cut sugar from everything (beacause everything you eat has glucose and some form of natural sugar) but i didn’t have a single thing which had added sugar. It was a really great thing although really a small thing , but if i do this daily it will form a really big change in my life. I decided not to eat any food with added sugar because i know added sugar has a great role to play in diabetes and other issues like obesity. I m glad i did something new for my health and i m sure it will make me a better person.

Ok… I take this challenge!!!
*3 days later
Today in Chanel 4 news, woman kills her husband due to a sugar phene. Investigators found a woman over her husbands dead body, says she claimed that her husband refused to give her the chocolate he himself was indulging in. Investigators also claimed and I quote “the evidence was there, there was chocolate all over the victim and the perpetrator.”

I actually tried a 7 day vegan challenge recently pretty similar to this. It was definitely tough but I’ve never felt better. Good post! The challenge may turn into a lifestyle who knows!

Ah I’ve done it before however in travelling presently which makes it hard to control my eating habits. I even have a sweet tooth which doesn’t make it any better.
